This Membership Service Policy serves as a specialized addendum to the CapsuleDrama User Agreement. It specifically governs all commercial interactions within the app, including the purchase of VIP memberships and the use of our proprietary virtual currency.
a.2 Conflict Resolution
If there is any discrepancy regarding billing or financial rights between this document and other agreements, the terms specifically outlined in this Policy shall take precedence.
b.1 Definition and Usage
"Coins" and "Bonuses" are defined as limited-license digital assets used exclusively to access specific premium content within the CapsuleDrama ecosystem.
b.2 Non-Monetary Status
Coins and Bonuses have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for fiat currency (cash) under any circumstances.
b.3 Non-Transferability
These assets are strictly linked to your account. You are prohibited from selling, trading, or gifting Coins to other users.
b.4 Purchase Finality
Once the transaction is confirmed by the app store, it is non-refundable. CapsuleDrama reserves the right to adjust exchange rates and pricing without prior notice.
c.1 Third-Party Billing
CapsuleDrama does not process payments directly. All financial transactions are managed securely through the payment gateways of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
c.2 Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to revise our pricing structures for future transactions at any time, depending on market conditions and operational costs.
d.1 Enhanced Viewing Experience
Subscribing to the CapsuleDrama VIP Membership grants you exclusive privileges. These benefits include the complete removal of third-party advertisements and access to the highest available video resolution (HD).
d.2 Streaming Restriction
Important Note: The VIP membership provides a license for streaming only. You are strictly prohibited from downloading episodes for offline viewing. All content must be watched while connected to the internet.
d.3 Individual Use Only
These privileges are for your personal use only. Sharing your account or reselling access will result in immediate revocation of your VIP status without refund.
e.1 Resolving Delivery Issues
If you encounter any technical issues receiving your purchased items, please first attempt to use the "Refresh" button located in the app settings.
e.2 Contact Support
If the Refresh function does not resolve the issue, please contact our support team at contact@lh30cd.com for manual verification and assistance.
